Cost Containment Program

Thank you for considering The Work Injury Center for your employee health, wellness and injury management needs. We are pleased to offer select employers, insurance carriers, and physicians this exclusive access to our comprehensive cost-containment program for the workplace. Our employer and medical partners benefit from our industry-best, low cost medical and rehabilitation service plans emphasizing best practice principles of occupational health. Our programs were developed
based on the concept of a three point emphasis on:

1. Reduction of workplace injuries and development/refinement of employee safety systems
2. Reduction of unnecessary workplace injury claims
3. Reduction of workplace injury costs

The Work Injury Centers’ Cost Containment Program represents a risk sharing commitment with our employer-partners to the health, well-being, and safety of the employer’s most valuable asset, the individual worker.

The first step in our Cost-Containment Program engagement process is to develop an Employer profile to review current employer policies and procedures. This allows our team of experts to investigate what is being done, what is working, and what might be modified for the benefit of the employer-partner.

Next, a recommended plan for employee wellness, injury prevention, medical/rehabilitation services and case management will be developed and reviewed with the employer-partner. This recommendation will detail a process of cost- efficient employee health management from new applicant programs to return to work adjudication. Associated fees and savings are included in the program and are reviewed in detail with the employer.

Upon approval, employers are added to our database of employer-partners and are entitled to all the guarantees of cost-containment and best practice occupational health services detailed in the customized presentation.

Please complete the attached form detailing current employee programs and services. Where indicated, also include areas of perceived need or interest.

Thank you again for considering our unique program for your business needs.
